2. Data we collect and purpose

We only collect data that users voluntarily provide via the website's contact and quote forms:

  • Name and surname: to identify the enquirer.
  • Email address and phone number: to respond to the contact or quote request.
  • Property details (location, type, size, pool, garden): to prepare the personalised quote requested.
  • Free-text message: to address the enquiry or request.

Data is processed solely for the purpose of managing the received request and, where applicable, establishing a pre-contractual or contractual relationship for the provision of the service.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on:

  • The explicit consent of the data subject, given by ticking the checkbox in the form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Formspree Inc. (USA): a form-processing platform acting as data processor. It provides appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
  • Legal obligation or request from competent authorities.

No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area are made other than those mentioned in relation to Formspree, which operates under appropriate transfer mechanisms.
